Along the way, the senior product owner embarks on defining features, developing product backlog and collaborating with the development team in delivering and supporting the product. The Senior Product Owner is a key member of one or more scrum teams. This vital role ensures proper feature break down and associated development of user stories while striving for team alignment and completeness of the product vision.

The Lead Product Manager is responsible for driving back-end capabilities and features for use in providing personalized, omni-channel experiences for your customers and employees. The Product Manager must be able to work at the strategic level to develop and execute ideas for new capability and feature development, and at the tactical level to analyze trends, solve problems and gather feedback and metrics on new product capabilities and features. Working with machine learning concepts and its application at scale across millions of customer interactions.
